My story
Most people who know something worth teaching never get it out of their head. Not because the material is thin — because the path from "I could teach this" to "students are logging in" is longer and vaguer than it should be, and the tooling in between is scattered across five subscriptions.
Academy OS is our answer to that, and it is also our product. We are nation.dev, and this academy runs on the same platform we sell: the courses you take here use the same drip schedules, the same XP and goals, the same community feed and the same email automation you'll be configuring in a week. Nothing here is a demo of a feature that doesn't exist.
We teach the sequence, not the theory. Write one sentence that names the transformation. Turn it into three goals so students who only do a third of the work still get something real. Outline backwards from the finish line. Record one training with the gear you already own. Publish before it's finished, and invite ten people you already know. That's the whole first course, and it takes days rather than months — we built the free five-day course to prove it.
What we won't do is sell you a launch fantasy. There is no six-figure promise here, no funnel secrets, no urgency theatre. The work is real work: your first ten students come from your own contacts, your best module gets written after someone asks a question you didn't expect, and the thing that finishes a course is a deadline with people on the other side of it.
