You looked at three people doing something roughly similar, took roughly the middle, and adjusted down because yours felt thinner. That is how most course prices are set, and it is why so few coaches can answer the question why that much without their voice changing.

Underneath it is a pricing method that guarantees the outcome: you priced the delivery. Six modules, four calls, twelve weeks. But nobody buys the inventory — a buyer is choosing between having a problem and not having it, and your production costs are the least interesting fact in that decision.

Then comes the part that actually loses the sale, and it is not a negotiation. It is a silence. You say the price, there is an ordinary pause, and you fill it with a discount nobody asked for.
