Two hours, one outline. You bring a subject you already know how to teach; you leave with a mission sentence, three finish lines and four to six modules on paper. We work backwards from the result rather than forwards from lesson one, which is the reason most outlines stall. Free to join, and the recording goes out afterwards.

How to join
The session runs on Online (Zoom). Register and the link arrives by email; it also works on a phone if you are away from your desk. Turning up live is worth it — the working time is the point — but everyone registered gets the recording.
